1. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

1.1 Returns Due to Manufacturing Defects

The User shall be entitled to return to KIDMORO any product presenting a manufacturing defect, without incurring any cost. In accordance with the nature of the contracted product, the User shall have a period of seven (7) calendar days from the date on which the nonconformity is detected to duly notify KIDMORO of such defect. Failure to notify KIDMORO within the aforementioned period shall render the User liable for any damages or losses arising therefrom.

The User shall not be subject to any additional charges in connection with the return of products found to have manufacturing defects.

To initiate the return process, the User must contact KIDMORO within the stipulated period of seven (7) calendar days by sending an email to customercare@kidmoro.com.sg clearly indicating:

• The product(s) subject to return;
• A photographic record of the defect(s); and
• A detailed description of the nonconformity detected.

Upon receipt of the User’s communication, KIDMORO shall, within a period of three (3) to five (5) working days, inform the User whether the return request has been accepted. In the event of acceptance, KIDMORO shall communicate the procedure for the collection of the defective product or its delivery to the designated office or store.

All products returned must be in unused condition, accompanied by all tags, labels, original packaging, documentation, and accessories supplied with the product. KIDMORO reserves the right to reject any return that fails to comply with these requirements.

Once the product has been duly received and the existence of the manufacturing defect verified, KIDMORO shall offer the User a replacement with a product of identical characteristics, unless such replacement is objectively impossible or disproportionate.

If replacement is not feasible due to stock unavailability, the User may elect either to:
(a) Withdraw from the contract, in which case KIDMORO shall reimburse all payments made by the User; or
(b) Select an alternative product of equivalent or similar value.

In all such cases, the User shall not incur any additional costs arising from the replacement, the shipment of a new model, or withdrawal from the contract.

 

1.2 Right of Withdrawal (Non-Defective Products)

Without prejudice to the foregoing clause, the User shall have the right to withdraw from the contract within seven (7) calendar days from the date of receipt of the product, even in the absence of any defect or nonconformity.

To exercise this right, the User must notify KIDMORO within the abovementioned period by sending an email to customercare@kidmoro.com.sg, clearly expressing the decision to withdraw from the purchase. The notification shall include:

• The order number and date;
• The product(s) concerned; and
• The User’s full name and contact details.

Upon receipt of the withdrawal request, KIDMORO shall confirm its acceptance and provide the User with instructions for returning the product. The User must return the product to the address indicated by KIDMORO, bearing the direct cost of return shipment, unless otherwise specified in writing by KIDMORO.

Products returned under the right of withdrawal must be in perfect condition, unused, and complete with all original packaging, labels, documentation, and accessories. KIDMORO reserves the right to reject any return that fails to meet these conditions or that shows signs of use inconsistent with ordinary handling required to verify the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product.

Once the product has been received and verified to comply with the above requirements, KIDMORO shall reimburse the User for all payments received in connection with the purchase, including standard delivery costs (where applicable), within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date the withdrawal was communicated, using the same payment method employed in the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.

The reimbursement may be withheld until the returned goods have been received or until the User has provided proof of return shipment, whichever occurs first.

 

1.3 Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal shall not apply to the following categories of products, in accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations and for reasons of health, hygiene, or product customization:

(a) Products which have been used, washed, damaged, or altered after delivery;
(b) Products without original packaging, tags, or labels;
(c) Products that, by reason of their nature, cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
(d) Products that are personalized, customized, or made to the User’s specifications;
(e) Intimate or hygiene-related items, such as undergarments, swimwear, baby bottles, or similar articles, where the protective seal has been removed or tampered with; and
(f) Products acquired as part of promotional sales, gift bundles, or clearance offers, where such exclusion is expressly stated at the time of purchase.

In all other cases not expressly excluded, KIDMORO shall apply the right of withdrawal in accordance with Clauses 8.1 and 8.2 above.
